We are making our home smart through the use of Loxone. This system enables you to control many aspects by switch or app on your phone. Presence sensors turn lights and music on and off on entrance or exit of a room. Window contacts let you know if they are open or closed & turn off heating in that room accordingly. The system also controls the burglar alarm, heating by room and even an intercom which allows you to see on your phone who is at the front door. We will also have centralised AV. You set scenes on this system which control the lights based on time of day; i.e evening setting = LED @ 20%, spotlights 40% & pendants at 10% etc. Exciting stuff!
